PDPM PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The PDPM programme aims to teach students the skills to lead and manage the public sector. We aim to help students enhance their leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. We focus on uniqueness, creativity, and moral judgement. The Programme helps students understand the challenges faced by public sector organisations like government agencies, non-profits, and international organisations.

Structure: The Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management is an NQF Level 8 qualification with 125 Credits. Duration: It is offered over a period of 12 months.Curriculum: The curriculum of the postgraduate diploma in public management programme offers students 7 compulsory modules along with the option to choose any two electives out of the given options.
